My heart rate tracker has stopped working quiet a while ago. I went through many of the suggested steps like restarting and factory reste. Nothing worked! I had already been through a faulty fit bit and this is the new one they sent to me. So did not feel like going through the call center all over again so decided to adapt with no heart rate tracking. Now today my touch screen does not work. Any miracle suggestions?
