Cannot activate premium trial

Hi, my husband bought both our new Fitbits on our shared Amazon Prime account which is registered to his email address. 
They both came with free premium trials for 3 months. His free premium trial activated, but mine hasn’t, and there doesn’t seem to be an option to add it. Clearly two people in the same house would not have two seperate Prime accounts, so this being the activator seems ridiculous to me. How do I activate the trial for my Fitbit?

I believe your question would be better suited for Fitbit Customer Service directly. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly the easiest but there is live chat available as well.
