I'm 30 and 5'4 --130lbs. I've had my fitbit versa 2 since December and lately during exercise (virtual live with other girls), my heart rate us much lower along with my calories than everyone else. This makes no sense. Sometimes I'll take my watch off and it'll stop the heart rate and when I put it back on it'll reset to almost 50bpm higher. It also times out sometimes. I always use "workout" Mode for HIIT and wear it a little higher on my wrist like suggested. During a vigorous 30min HIIT workout today my max heart rate was 130 with only 79 calories burned. On avg the other girls burned 220.

Hi @kirabagira99, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort troubleshooting your Versa 2 before posting over here is also appreciated. Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information, please check the information that's specified on this help article and let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
