Having problems with the versa heart rate showing very high when heart rate is not high. Sometimes showing over 180 BPM with minimal exercise. Have had the versa since June and did not have this same problem till recently. Did the reset, deleted and reinstalled app, all directions etc as directed by FitBit. Heart rate accuracy has become inconsistent and sometimes extremely inaccurate. Would expect it to work correctly given the price. Have been told that need to wait for the next update and that could fix this issue. They are aware there is an issue from the responses I have been given. Frustrated as how long should I have to wait when device does not work correctly. They will not replace but say must wait for an update but cannot say when update will be.
Anyone else experiencing this issue.

Hi, see this topic:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/HR-not-tracking-lights-stopped-flashing/m-p/3293890#M79866. Restart your Versa several times in a row by pressin and holding the left and right lower buttons untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the buttons.

I’m having the exact same issue. I went for a long bike ride yesterday...was in the 150-170 range for four hours, which made sense. The problem is that, at least according to my Versa, my heart rate has never gone back down to resting (normally low 60s). It’s still 120-140. I’ve reset twice and still have the problem.

I have the same issue, my heart rate wasn’t recording at all, then I did the recommended reset. Now my heart rate is high all day and the number of calories I am allegedly burning each day is crazy! I contacted support and sent them images of the daily “activity” (one day I burned 6000 calories while seated at my desk!) they have replied they are aware but I just have to be patient. It’s an expensive device to have half of it not working for an yet to be determined length of time 😡
