I have been trying to get the new updates for weeks now, it starts good but never finishes. I always make sure that it's charging and close to my phone & internet. Please help!

Hi, maybe this guide I wrote about updating to the newest Firmware version might be helpful. Good luck!! Main difference is that it's using Wifi instead of BT.
