Is anyone else having issues with the Fitbit not giving the right heart rate? I workout quite a bit and with my old Fitbit I would easily burn over 600 calories per hour workout. Now I can barely get over 400 and my heart stays around 120 when I'm working out when it use to be around 180 consistently. I have factor reset it twice and restart all the time.

One thing to consider, which you might have already done, is which is in error? Have you at least considered the possibility the current readings are correct and previously was reading too high?

I have not considered that but the first versa I had for over 2 years and was pretty consistent with the readings. Not sure which one is correct at this point I guess.

I'm having issues with my HR during workouts. I'll be doing HIIT and know my heart rate is in 100s but will look at watch and it says 49! I have checked it so many times and it will be really low which means my calories burnt are rubbish. It's obviously issue with HR monitor as if I take off watch and wipe it, it goes back to normal until it gets sweaty again and it drops. I never had issue with versa and now dont trust it at all
