I've had my Versa 2 for about two weeks. Last night I didn't wear it to bed and this morning when I tried to put it on, the screen was stuck on the FitBit logo. I put it in the charger thinking it was dead, and it's currently at 98%. When I take it out of the charger, it gets stuck on the FitBit logo and nothing happens.
Help!!! I was really loving it until this happened. I've tried resetting it by holding the side button, but nothing seems to be helping.
