My Versa 2 continues to show a heart rate even when I’m not wearing it. How can I correct this?

Are you using a third party or Fitbit watch face? 

 

Mine does this, too, and I'm using a third-party watch face. As soon as I swipe up to see the Today view, you can see the lines on the heart rate place. And then when switching back, it shows lines also.
