does any one know why my heart rate isnt registering on my app.....when i click on the 7 days and scroll along the top it tells me how many days ive exercised etc but no heart rate

Can you specify which Tile in the Fitbit app Today [main screen] you are referring to, and what operations you then perform, and whether it was working previously?.

You can try is to swipe up on your watch to the Today information and see if heart rate is showing there. This checks your watching is measuring the information and is not faulty.

If so, then next restart the watch and sync it and see if it solves the problem.

It won't solve past days missing information, unless it hasn't been syncing for a while.

As you can see from my screen shot the heart rate isnt registering. My
heart rate on my watch is working but not on the app on my phone

There is no screen shot visible.

Have you checked the watch is syncing with the app?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

Yep phone is syncing no problems there.....its storing all information
apart from the heart rate. Its working on the watch but not on the app on
phone
