I need to take off my heart rate as it’s causing me anxiety. Please help

If you mean not to show on clock face, there are hundreds or thousands of clock faces to choose from; there must be one without heart rate; take a look.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Honestly I’ve spent hrs looking at them and all the ones I’ve tried have the heart rate on them.
