Heart sensor is not working

Unfortunately heart sensor is not working due to condensation... I have had my versa for less than 8 months never have I put it in water of any sort (showering, pool, dish washing) it has only come in contact with sweat and a cleansing wipe. I have tried everything from restarting my versa to turning heart sensor on/off even leaving it in rice for 2 days. I took care of it so much and it breaks my heart that this has happened.

Is this condensation on the inside or outside? Have you tried cleaning?

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I have tried cleaning it several times as stated yet my versa is still under the same condition. The condensation is on the inside in the 1st and 2nd square.
