Heartbeat sensor not working

The heartbeat sensor stopped working. I've restarted it then factory reset it. It still doesn't work and I've tried all the promos to make sure the heartbeat sensor is reading correctly.

I didn't notice until today that it wasn't working.  My last recorded was the 31st of January
