Versa and Huawei P20Pro problems

Hey

I have a Versa connected to my Huawei P20 Pro.

Most things works, but not all. 

Everytime i try to install apps or Watch Skins the app says there is no Internet connection.

I resetet the Versa and set up From scratch. Did not Worked.

 

Any Solutions pls?

Hi @zorrox19 - I’m sorry to say there are compatibility issues with some of the Huawei phones. You can read more about it here. The page includes a link to help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on these phones. I hope this helps.
