Heartrate Reading Too High

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried resetting and that does seem to temporarily fix it, but then as soon as I go back to moving around, it’s reading at least 60bpm higher than it should. I’ve read through several forum posts (most dating back to 2018) and have attempted to try some of these “fixes”. My settings on my watch don’t seem to allow me to toggle between auto/off for HR though. It’s just a box I can check to monitor HR. Please advise. I do have a heart condition so it is very important for me to regularly monitor my HR, especially during physical activity.

Looking for a fix for this.  Did you receive one or figure one out?  Thanks in advance...

I was able to connect with someone on chat. They didn’t really give me an answer on whether or not it could be fixed, but I was given a discount code to order a replacement.
