Hi, my heartrate isn’t matching my exercise sessions. For example, on Wednesday 28th, I did a spin class. According to my Fitbit’s heartrate monitor, I was in peak heartrate for 18 minutes. However, the exercise log says I wasn’t in peak heartrate at all for the same spin session. Any ideas why?

@Le_wright Can you please take a screenshot of the workout as well as a picture of what you can see on your Versa, and post them here? Also, has this happened before?

Hey @Le_wright, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Beside the heart rate data, is there any other data that was not synced on the Fitbit app? In the meantime, you can try to restart your Versa, log out/log in to your Fitbit account and sync your watch.
Thanks for your help @Marrrmaduke!
Let me know how it goes!

Hi, here are the screenshots for heartrate log and exercise log. The 18 min peak heartrate is when the spin class was on

@Le_wright This is weird. The only way I can imagine it happening is if you had logged the workout manually (in the fitbit mobile app or dashboard) and chosen the wrong times (start/finish). But, I am assuming that's not the case and you logged the workout by starting it on your Versa? You can try to correct this log by adding manually (in the fitbit mobile app) a workout with a proper duration and start/finish times. Versa should assign the heartrate automatically. If it's correct, you could simply delete the old workout. You can also reboot Versa several times just in case by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Great, @Le_wright! Yeah, give it a try to those tips that @Marrrmaduke posted above and let us know how it goes. If there is anything else that you wanna add, please do it.
I'll be around!

Hi! My Versa seems to have done a similar thing again. I did a 1hr30min walk today, but it says 0 mins exercise, yet has logged the walk - but without a heart rate. (See attached screenshots). My boyfriend was also on the walk and his Charge 3 logged it all fine (so for the same walk, my Versa is saying I burnt only 95 cal, and his is saying he burnt 695 calories!). Not the end of the world, but it’s a bit annoying.

Thanks for sharing this screenshot, @Le_wright! To avoid this from keep happening, I'd like you to turn OFF the heart rate on your Versa (go to settings and tap on heart rate) and restart your watch. Then turn ON the heart rate and restart the Versa again. Also, I'd like you to make sure that you are wearing it correctly so it can get accurate readings. Take a look at this help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes!

@Le_wright , I agree with what @HeydyF has said. Your calorie burn is pretty low which would correspond to very low HR or lack of HR recording. That would explain 0 active minutes. Toggle your heart rate OFF and ON (go to Settings app on your Versa and scroll down to heart rate) several times with the reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).
