Recently got my versa. For 7 nights a track my sleep patterns just fine and the last three it's gone back the old look without the patterns because it's not recording my heart rate. I'm searching here I've tried all of the different suggestions moving it around and such and that's not working. I keep seeing people say to check to make sure the heart rate is set on on and not Auto on the unit. When I go to my unit all I have is on and off I see no Auto? I did a factory reset yesterday and I'm on the most current version of firmware.

I had this same issue, did a factory reset and updated it again and it worked. Maybe try a different clockface and let it sit on your hand for at least 30 seconds.

Sorry but I'm confused how that will help. The setting is missing from the unit itself.

Oh, they changed the settings to on and off, on is the new auto setting if i'm not wrong. I always thought it weird to separate auto and on.

Well it's good to know I can stop looking for the setting LOL but unfortunately that's not going to fix my problem. Thank you for the information though

I had that issue earlier this week. I restarted the Versa and it seems to have sorted itself out.
Now my HR is hitting 160 while sitting still. Go figure.

Does your lights for your versa still blink? Mine didn't and i guess that was the problem.

It was blinking.
It finally decided to work for 5 minutes, then went back to reading my resting HR at 170.
I've given up. It's back in the box. Going to try to get an exchange or something since it's pretty much useless as a fitness tracker.
