Can the Versa be damaged by heat? I was out in the sun yesterday for about 3 hours. I later synced my FitBit today and today's steps came up accurately, but yesterday's steps  came up not accurately, it came up as 234 steps. Does anyone know why this happened? Thank You!

Android and iPhone 6s. Versa, Flex 2, and Zip

Hi @SeleneD,

The Versa will be fine in hot weather. It sounds like it may be a sync error?

Try this: perform a restart, then perform a sync with the app. If it was a glitch it shouldn't happen again.
