Versa screen won’t turn on

I recently changed the watch band on my Fitbit person and right away I turn the water over and I can’t get the screen to turn on I can feel vibrations in the watch I have tried to reset it won’t light anything on the screen the green light on the back of the watch still turns on. I am using a iPhone 7plus to synch

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

We’re you able to get this problem resolved? Mine is doing the exact same thing today! Shows battery is charged though...

They went through a bunch of resets and then just sent me a new one
