Since the App update the other day, my Versa app is not working at all. I have done all of the fixes, Uninstalling, turning on, turning off, etc., etc., nothing is working.

Hey @sheswalks, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying some tips to fix this, now, don't you worry, I'll give you a hand on this, but first I'd like to know, when you say that your Versa isn't working, what exactly do you mean? What are the issues that you have since you updated the Fitbit app?

I am having the same problem. The app wont sync. It starts and will show steps but nothing else and it doesnt save. (The next time I open the app it appears that i have not moved). Please help. Very very frustrating.

Hello,
Thank you so much! I actually did an online chat with the Fitbit tech support and it is working great! I'm going to see if I can copy and paste the steps given to me, down below under another poster's question.

@BridgetmfayHere are the steps, copied and pasted from my online chat with Tech support. I hope it works like it did for me. Otherwise, I would do the chat. He was very helpful!
First please make sure there are not other bluetooth devices near of the tracker and the phone, if so please put them away at least 20 feet.
