Help Connecting Versa 2

Hi all,

I have a Versa and recently ordered a Versa 2. Well I used a new email address to set up the Versa 2 but for some reason it wont connect via bluetooth to my phone. I have an android and I have tried several times. The Versa didn't have any problems connecting but Versa 2 seems to be a dud. 

Can someone please recommend a solution??? I was so excited to receive the 2, now I'm having regrets.

If you are switching from the Versa to the Versa 2, you should use the same email/account so that the data from the 2 trackers will be all together.

When you try to add the V2 to the old account, it will note you already have a Versa connected and ask if this is to replace it - yes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I used the same email address but had the same problem trying to get my new Versa 2 (a replacement for my Versa) to connect to my phone for the initial set up.  I was never able to get the four-digit code, tried everything suggested here and in the help section, never got any answers to my post here and ended up calling support.  They walked me through a few steps then mailed me a replacement.  I'd suggest you give them a call.
