Help! Lost data

My versa 2 had a red x and said can't clear data and sync etc, I tried a hard reset and eventually had to delete and re sync fitbit like new. I've now lost all my previous data, is there a way to get access to this?

After  each successful sync, all your data is copied to main Fitbit database, stored under you Fitbit ID/email.  So the only data lost would be since your last sync.  If you don't see the data, make sure you logged into Fitbit with the same ID rather than creating a totally new account.  Also sometimes people have had different accounts and accidentally log in with the wrong ID/email.

And try looking at fitbit.com dashboard for previous data.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
