Help!!!! My Versa suddenly stopped working

I have seen a few more feed back on this item, but wanted to know exactly what I can do. I have had my Versa 2 for a year or more, and suddenly it is only showing a flickering white screen.  I tried multiple times to reset/restart and it will not do it. 

 

What are my options?

My versa stopped charging in the past week. I've had several different Fitbit models, and they've all stopped working or parts broke around the 12-24 month mark. It's super frustrating because as much as they cost, these shouldn't be disposable devices.
