Help! My versa 2 is not working

my Versa 2 won’t sync or turn on and i charged it. The blue fitbit symbol comes on and off and that’s it

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your watch and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1623205167166.png and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
