I recently purchased versa lite, about 4 months ago. 
The issues I’m having are:

1. It no longer vibrates and notifies when I get calls and texts. 
2. It frequently says “no device found” although occasionally syncs during the day. 
3. It won’t link to Strava. 
I love having my Fitbit but am frustrated that it seems to be missing half its functionality. 
Advice please.

I deleted my watch from the app yesterday and re-added it and the notifications have started working, not sure about the two other issues you have.
