I bought an versa 3 for my son 11 years old

then I created a family account and I added him

unfortunatly I find the watch model which is (versa 3)  

please assist

he is now using my account to track his activities because the watch is connected to my name

Hi @Bashaerh  the Family Account is only for the Ace series, as it's for children. Your eleven year old is too young to have a regular account. Due to US and International Laws, children under 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries) are not allowed to have online accounts, so this is why the Ace was made for those younger users. If your son is using your account, the statistics would be all off as the gender, height, weight and age would be all off, which is how those things are determined.
