On july 5th I wrote to fitbit by the chat service, after sime troubleshooting steps that didn't work, the guy told me to send my watch to the warehouse for an exchange because it was still under warranty. I sent it the same day and got a tracking number and send them an e-mail with the information asked (address for the return) they said thank you and they will ship within 5 business days after receiving it. According to the tracking number, they received it on july 8th and I still didn't get it back. I tried replying to the same e-mail again twice and no answers. Now I am starting to question myself if it was legit or not and if I will get my watch back. Please someone tell me that this is legit so I can ease my mind right now.

Thank you so much, I tried finding the phone # and couldn't. Also the chat service was not available from my device. I did reached them this morning and I will get my watch this week!! I missed it so much ! Thanks for your quick response it helped me a lot.
