My clock face just automatically changed by itself today. My wrist buzzed for a second and the clock app changed. I went into the app and reset the clock face to the one I was using but it will not display the correct month...or any month for that matter. It simply says “MO” with the day. The day is correct but it will not put July as the month. I tried syncing, resetting again, looked for a place to manually add the correct month, put it back on the charger as someone suggested, went to the app on my iPad and researched how to change it and got about one billion answers to stuff I did not ask. The frustration is maddening!!! I don’t know why the clock face just changed by itself (second time this has happened) and I cannot find ANYWHERE to update the clock app as it mentions in one article. I assumed it updated when I changed it back to the face I want and it said “update”. Does anyone know the answer?

I regret to hear that you have experienced difficulties with your clockface. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you performed before contacting us and thank you for the information provided. I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Versa by following these steps.
If this doesn't work, you can perform a factory reset by doing the following, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from your device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
Please try again to set your clockface. You can find instructions on this help article. If none of this helps, please attach an image of your watch for further investigation.
