I got a Versa as a 2018 Christmas present. So its not that old. It's dead. It stopped working last week. It won't charge up and won't start.
I checked on the googley machine and the interwebs for a resolution. No luck. It seems to be an on going problem and known issue. Fitbit is aware.
I was given an Apple watch as a replacement, but I am not part of the Apple hive and don't want to be. I was also told to switch to a Garmin.
Any ideas?

Mine is also a 2018 and wont charge. Dead Versa. Bad Versa.
