Help!!!!with Versa

I got my Versa with excitement of earning one for yourself by doing a job.. two years later it went off and now it just sitting in my wardrobe showing.....
1: 0% Battery (no matter how much I charge)
2: On doing restart steps nothing pop's up..it's just the logo.

I feel low as it was from my major chunk pay.

Which Versa do you have?  I'm charging all of mine today and have yet to have a charging issue.  I've had my Versa 1 since release day in 2018, currently sitting at 95% charged.  I've had my Versa Lite since release day 2019, and it's currently fully charged and just awaiting a firmware upgrade.  I have not charged my Versa 3 yet.  My Mom got my Versa 2 and has no issues charging it, and I've had it since 2020.

EDIT: I asked my Mom, who has the Versa 2 if she has charging issues.  As it turns out, she does.  Her battery doesn't last long and will randomly black out until she plugs it into her computer.  No notifications or anything.  Are you experiencing any of those issues?  I'm trying to see if your issues are related and hopefully find a solution for both of you.
