Hi all I have supaventricular tachycardia and I brought this watch as a replacement for my old Fitbit as I lost it but I can’t turn on my high or low heart rate notifications and I’m wondering if anyone has the same issue this is an important feature rhat I need and am confused as to why an older model was able to have it and the new model doesn’t. Any help would be appreciated xx

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SillyGoose15.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the high heat rate notifications of your Versa 2, I understand how you can feel not receiving them, I'll do my best to get this improved.
Do you receive any other kind of notification besides heart rate in general? Or is it only the high on you're not receiving?
My best recommendation would be to check the feature is enabled in the Fitbit app, that your phone is sharing notifications with the device, and that the device isn't in "Do Not Disturb" mode. Make sure the set up for heart rate notifications is ok, you can check more information here. Also, try restarting your Versa 2.

@SillyGoose15 According to this Help article, that feature wasn’t added to the Versa 2.
