Hi 

my Versa 2 is only 3 months old but I am having intermittent issues with the home button. It is not working and I am unable to swipe the screen on occasions too. I have cleaned it all but am still having these issues ?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi

thanak for your reply, I have tried that and it is still happening. I spoke with fit bit support earlier and they suggested the same thing, bottom line is , it is still under warranty so I may replace it if it continues , I just wondered if there was something I was doing wrong
