My heart beat is showing blank, and steps and calories are showing as undefined. I also have a thin blue line down the right hand side of my screen.

 

the steps are registering if I flick up from the home screen.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this, preferably by calling them. Seems to be a hardware issue.
