Hi, I does not always mean that your phone will not work despite being not supported by Fitbit. Nevertheless keep in mind that you can have isssues with it. Visit this site regularly to see whether your device is supported by Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 . Might be that within a short while it's supported by Fitbit. Hope this helps! BTW, you do not have to return your Versa, cause I had the same problem when I bought my Ionic and Fitbit did not support my Mobile Device. I got it working partially and within two weeks my Mobile Device was supported by Fitbit. As far as it concerns me, the Versa is the best device Fitbit ever produced, despite all the problems mentioned on this community. Only users with problems will post here unfortunately. F.i. their are a lot of topics about the battery drainage after upgrading to the latetest Firmware Version. I also did that and I'm charging my Versa now after 5,5 days of usage, whilst wearing it 24/7.
