Well i am also using honor 7x and trying to pair Fitbit Versa but with me its connected when i restart my phone and works properly and after half an hour it starts syncing again and again..... Please help me ... I went to honor service center and they have changed the mother board but still the problem is same.....

Hey @Nik..., let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I can't guarantee that the phone model that you have, the Huawei Honor 7X, will work wit your Versa because it isn't on the compatible devices list yet. So maybe it connects sometimes but this could be maybe because still under testing. However, I can suggest you to review the troubleshooting in this help article: Why can't I setup my Fitbit device? And if you were able to pair it, I can suggest you to follow the syncing troubleshooting in this other help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
