Deleted app on iPhoneXR 3-4 x. Restarted Versa several times. Watch shows my 250 steps for all 10 hours I had set but app only shows 3 hours each day for last 2 days. I have all day sync on. Have notifications on. Bluetooth is paired.

Here it is 10/29/2022 at 9:52 am and I am having the same issue. My Sense says I have 3 dots but when I sync the application says only 2. I've sync many times but that won't fix it. I've shut off Bluetooth, reinstalled and logged out and back in and the same issue. I guess this is considered a feature by Fitbit.
