Hourly Steps chart

I want to know how many steps I took in each hour (especially when I fail to meet the 250+ steps activity target). Unfortunately the Dashboard on the Fitbit website (iPad ios 13) and Fitbit app (iPhone ios 12) only seems to show the data for every quarter hour (Daily) or per day (7 days / 1w). Does anyone know how to get either to show the hourly totals? Ideally there should be an Hourly summary where you can scroll left and right to show the 24 hours in each adjacent day in an easy to read graph!

Thanks, I already use the AcidClock on my Fitbit watch to see steps in the current hour. What I need is something on the Fitbit app that summaries the steps taken each hour in the current day, and by flipping backwards on previous days.
