Hourly step counter for shift workers

I work shifts and would like to be able to change the hours the counter measure to allow for a night shift.
At the moment the only way is to set it up to 23:00 and then change at midnight to count until 7:00 but is a long winded version and not always possible at work.
I’m sure there are a lot of shift workers out there who have similar issues.

I'm afraid there isn't currently a better way of doing this. There is a popular feature suggestion to accommodate night shift working and if you'd like to add your vote you can find it at:

Note, though, Fitbit's comment that they don't currently have plans to make this change. Perhaps with more votes they'll change their mind.
