Hourly step goal not matching

Wore my blaze at work today then changed to my versa 2 when I got home...Fitbit app says I met 11 out of the 14 hrs of my hourly step goal but on my Versa 2 it’s telling me I only did 3 hrs out of the 14. Does it only recognise the hours I wore it for and not all of the hours I wore my blaze? I would’ve thought surely when it synced with the app it would sync ALL of the data including the hourly step goals reached? 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:🤷🏻‍:female_sign:🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with the hourly step goal on your Fitbit Versa 2 not matching the app information. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. Your Versa 2 should reflect the total of your hours when you met the step goal.
