Hourly steps not being accurate

Why is the Fitbit displaying differently then the app? The steps per hour on my Fitbit is accurate but when I look in the app it’s missing info

Hi @Steph3355  Try restarting your Versa several times and also uninstall the app, reinstall and log back in and hopefully it will work better from now on. Please come back if the issue doesnt improve.

Could you please let me know if the hours you have completed the 250 steps don't match between your Versa and your App?

Yes they are not matching. For example yesterday I walked 12 out of the 14 that recorded on the Fitbit but the app said only 4 for the entire day. This is after I did the resets from the previous instructions

Having the same problem  and shows me inactive for an hour and 15 mins I was outsude gardening and moving,  Did your problem resolve?

Just started having this problem  Versa says I'm 12/12 hours done.  My app os wrong says 10/12 and that I was in active over  an hour.  Restarted fit bit.  Also deleted App and readded it twice  no change.

HELP!!!  it's ruining my data .
