Hourly steps

Today, my fit bit says I got 12/12 hours with my 250+ steps but my app says 10/12. I’ve tried restarting the app. I’ve tried a manual sync. Other ideas?

Hi @IanHebb  - as there is no exact record of actual steps done per hour there is no way to resolve it.

Sometimes a final steps for an hour may be processed differently on the watch than by the app. I use the SimpleClockPro clock face which shows steps per hour directly on the face and you can see steps for all the hours in the day but they usually match in the app.
