Strap doesn't click

Hi

I have just received my versa 3 and whilst I love the watch, I'm having trouble with the stra. I decided to take off the smaller strap and use the longer one provided in the box but it doesn't click In and just falls out, I tried the smaller strap and that one clicks in perfectly so I again tried the longer one and nothing,it just won't click in and I've been trying for a hour 😕

Any help greatly appreciated

This sounds like a faulty strap. Both straps should click into place easily. Don't take any risks with this, there have been several people on here that have a damaged watch face caused by the strap coming off.

 

Can you get help/replacement from your retailer? Otherwise contact Fitbit Help on the website.
