How can I replace my Versa screen?

I’ve got my Versa less than 3 months ago. It’s working fine but the screen is broken 2 days ago by accident that caused injury as well. 

 

Now how can I repair my watch? What can I do now?

I'm sorry but there is no repairs.

 

You can check this thread I do not not if they do Versa's though
