Hey , I bought two pair of Fitbit versa last month.. it’s not been 45days yet. One of my Fitbit versa is working perfectly fine whereby the one I bought for my husband is faulty. I would want to claim the warranty and replace it with a brand new one .. how do I go about it ? I bought it through Lazada.. do I get in touch with Fitbit or the retailer HKL from where I purchased the watch from lazada.. any clue ?

I dont know how you get in touch with Lazada as Ive never heard of them! But try returning it to them, but it depends on their return policy. Or contact Support (link in my signature).

Hey Ms NellyG.. thank you for your prompt reply , I couldn’t find the support link you said at your signature.. pls type out the link for me so I can search it ..I’m from malaysia btw and I’m not sure if malaysia has a authorised Fitbit outlet.. if there is , can I just bring my watch there ?? Is it possible for them to claim warranty?

Call the people you bought it from (Lazada) and see if they will replace. If not you have to go to Fitbit support.

I have contacted everyone involved with this purchase issue and my warranty not working this issue & make things right as Assurion says they do. My Versa went completely dead less than 45days. On the day it happened I immediately contacted Assurion, Fitbit & Amazon. I purchased it on the same day it was introduced, purchased the 3yr Assurion Warranty, & received it before it even hit the store shelves! Since that day when I first reported this, I have (and still do), I have continued at least once a week trying to get at least 1 of the 3 parties to PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME BACK ASAP!! At this time (today) I’ve STILL NOT HAD ONE RESPONSE BACK!! I’m now stuck with a brand new Versa, lost approximately $250, and I have nothing to show for it! All I wanted was someone to replace it! If not, then refund my money for the Versa as well as the Assurion warranty. Had to go out & buy another Fitbit, another Flex 2 like I originally had that wasn’t syncing about 6-7 months after purchasing, which once again Assurion warranty never replied back on that issue as well!! I had to buy the cheapest Fitbit because of how much money I lost with my Versa! HELP!! ANYONE!!! PLEASE!!
