Hi I am super frustrated with the Heart rate readings on my Versa2- when I am in the middle of a spin class and can barely breathe and my chest is pounding, my Versa 2 will show that I am at 77bpm! I used to own an Ionic and the same class would show a consistent heart range in the cardio zone almost from start to finish. With the Versa2, I see atleast half my class is in the below zone!! This is ridiculous - i dont want to be adjusting my strap or wiping down the back of my watch in the middle of a workout!! I would like to return this device - how do I go about getting a refund for this? i have been a Fitbit fan for many years but this is driving me away - it seems like this issue has been around at least for 3 years, from reading all the posts and they haven't done anything about it!
