Are you talking Spo2? Evidently, you need the right clock face. It was my understanding, that it would measure  the Spo2. It only gives and average. When I bought it, I was looking for something I could wear and give me my O2 stats in real time. this is not the case. I wasted a lot of money. Retired , disabled and feel cheated
