How do I add intervals?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my Versa and am trying to setup my intervals for my next work out.  I need to set for 3 mins walk, 1 min run, 3 mins walk, 30 second sprint, and then repeat that.  I can't seem to add another line though.  I checked on the watch app, the phone app, and the online dashboard.  Am I missing something?  I find it insane that this simple amount of customization wouldn't be available.  Especially on a watch specifically for FITNESS.

Hi @Darkhorizon,

No, you're not missing anything. The stock Interval app in Fitbit OS only allows for a single WORK/REST, and doesn't do complex intervals. In your case I would probably modify the intervals to be 3minutes walk and 45 seconds sprint/run.

You might want to check the fitness section of the app store to see if someone has made an app to handle this.

Hi this a tad late but for you or anyone else looking for a solution for this, the best I’ve found is the Fitbit app called ‘Sequences’- super sleek design and ease of use once you’ve made one sequence you’re set as far as learning how to operate it. Gives two buzzes which I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to feel during an intense workout.
