How do I add more apps to my versa?

I follow all the steps and I get to apps part and don’t see barely any options to install. All of them I already have and it doesn’t even show all the apps I have installed.

What kind of actualization was this? I could actually see and search apps to have on my watch before, why the app don’t let that happen anymore? Can I get back to the old version of the app or something? Or is there another way of seeing new things to put on my watch that I don’t know?

Hi @LucFuk.  Do you live in the EEA?  Google removed all third party apps and clock faces from the EEA over a regulatory dispute.

Hi @LucFuk and warm welcome to the community !

As @LZeeW said, the ability to install third-party apps for users in the European Economic Area was removed in June 2024.

You can read about it and about how to install and manage apps on your Fitbit device in the following help article :How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?

@LucFuk   Fitbit/Google never gave a detailed reason.  But any information about it mentions a regulatory dispute over the EU's Digital Marketing Act.

Hi @LucFuk ! Welcome back to the community ! I appreciate your message and I'll be happy to assist you with your question.

I quote the related help article in order to give you an answer :

"Following a careful assessment of the impact of new regulatory requirements, we have made the decision to remove the ability to install third-party apps and clocks from the Fitbit Gallery for users in the European Economic Area in June 2024. You still have access to a selection of Fitbit and Google apps. Users in other countries will not be impacted."

@LZeeWThank you for the support always given.
