@LizzyFitbit I just got my lite replacement due to display not working. And I like my button to go to exercise. For some reason my button ONLY gives me the screen awake/ notification screen and i can swipe to the music controls. Can you please tell me why my "New" watch is not allowing me to do this shortcut change like my previous lite did?

Thanks for letting me know that you got a replacement for your Versa Lite. Since this was just set up to your Fitbit account, you'll need to adjust a few settings on your watch including the left button shortcuts:

Thanks for getting back and sharing the current version of your Versa Lite. Let me explain that the replacement devices usually will have the manufacturer firmware version. Since your watch was just connected, the latest 38.70.8.0 version, which includes some other features and the option to adjust the left button shortcuts, might not be available for your watch yet. Please wait a few days and make sure to follow the tips from this help article once you see the banner asking for the update.

I just received a replacement for my Versa Lite. I was trying to set up my left button to shortcut to exercise, but I am unable to set it. When I go to settings on the watch, there is no “left button” selection.

Since your watch was just set up to your Fitbit account, it might be that you haven't received the recent firmware updates. At this moment, the latest 38.70.8.0 version will include some other features including the option to adjust the left button shortcuts. I'd recommend to wait a few days and check this help article for more instructions on how to update your watch.
