I got my new Versa 2 today and have nothing but issues from opening the box.. Firstly it wouldn't pair with either my phone or tablet (all correct apps used). I have uninstalled the apps various times finally got it to pair with my Android phone. I have had to turn Bluetooth on and off and forget the Versa numerous times to get it to pair.. The tablet is on a perma loop when I select the versa2 to set up it jumps back to the menu screen asking me what versa am I setting up so I have given up on that.. I have only had one bluetooth on one device at at time.. When trying to pair the tablet the phones bluetooth was off..
After 2hrs of trying to set this up my phone has eventually found it on bluetooth and took 20 mins to sync and numerous times the app closed it self..I got the pin entered but the app still says it is syncing!!
Now after all that the versa 2 is just stuck on the logo screen.. I have held the side button down for 20 secs to reboot a dozen times but nothing.. when it reboots all I get is the message I need to download the app to set up.... I saw a green tick once then it went back to the logo screen and nothing will move it from that... I cant find anything on you tube only how to reset the watch but this much hassle with a brand new watch which I still haven't got it to work...I wish I went with the Samsung now.... 😕 is this common with Fitbits? No wonder the battery lasts for a week bugger all shows on the screen.........

I am having the same issue with the the screen being stuck on the grey logo.
