How do I block someone that is not one of my friends. I can only turn off challenge requests or block friends. I dont want contact with this person and I'm tired of deleting the challenge requests.

If you want to unblock someone, go to Account > Blocked Users and choose the person you want to unblock.

Best AnswerThis doesn’t work for me. There is no block or remove option, only report user. On the website it says ‘something went wrong’ when you try to remove.

You don't give much of a description, but it sounds like the user is making inappropriate or abusive statements in the Chat part of that challenge? All the chat seems to disappear after a challenge ends. I suggest you take a screenshot of inappropriate messages to have a record of them. I know that Fitbit can suspend accounts for repeated inappropriate posts in this Help forum. I don't know if Support can help you with this or not. I hope someone can help you.
